Weighed down by waterzooi? Come to this low-key spot for lunch or a light supper of delicious salad, lasagna, or soup, perhaps paired with organic lemonade. The fresh food is complemented by the light, airy interior and ecologically sound wooden dishes and cutlery. Outlets are popping up all over town, but the branches on rue Nueve and chaussée d'Ixelles are the most established.
