The high quality of the food and the wine list at this no-frills bistro off avenue Louise make it a great value. The constantly imaginative, but changing menu of French cuisine continues to delight with exotic flourishes like the salmon mi-cuit (meaning "half-cooked," though it's more of a sous-vide technique) served with a confit of white asparagus. The excellent wine list avoids the usual hefty markup, too.
