P. Preud 'Homme

P. Preud 'Homme Review

In a location that has served as a pastry shop and a gun shop, this exquisite restaurant mixes Art Nouveau design, antiques, and a 400-year-old Spanish ceiling. The food is on a par with the decor, and includes lobster and oysters. Other house specialties include such delicacies as stewed eel in chervil sauce with 14 herbs, rack of lamb, and soufflé à la glace aux framboises (iced raspberry soufflé). There's also a sister restaurant at Grote Markt 24.
