Bezau

Stunningly idyllic is the only way to describe this enchanting village snuggled under a mountain range and surrounded by meadows so green they look like Astroturf. According to local legend, Bezau's district hall was built on tall columns and accessible only by ladder. Once the councilors were gathered inside, the ladder would be removed, and not replaced until they came to a decision.
