A new addition to the Viennese restaurant scene, this trendy restaurant in the western wing of the Augarten Palace affords a view of one of Vienna's oldest baroque parks. All dishes are served on porcelain manufactured by hand in the factory that has been housed in the mansion since 1923. The cuisine can be described as nouvelle Austrian, including sunchoke soup with smoked sturgeon for a starter and red beet risotto with grana cheese for a main dish.
