Fodor's Review

Across the street from the Café Central, the beautifully renovated Palais Mollard has a rare collection of more than 400 terrestrial and celestial globes on display in its second-floor museum—the only one of its kind in the world open to the public. The oldest is an earth globe dating from 1536, produced by Gemma Frisius, a Belgian doctor and cosmographer. On the ground floor is a small but fascinating exhibition of the history of Esperanto, including a film.
