If you want to remain anonymous this is your address. A new boutique hotel, neatly tucked away in the center of town just a short walk from the cathedral, was opened recently by a young actor-chef with a unique vision: a theater room has just been added to the hotel. Rooms are spacious, with a light, breezy flair and sleek natural-colored wood floors and furniture. A welcoming reception lounge with a library, music center, open fireplace, and comfy furniture gives the place a home-away-from-home feel. There are bikes to borrow, too.
