Once Vienna's vegetarian pioneer extraordinaire, Christian Wrenkh now prefers a mixed cuisine (his ex-wife keeps up the vegetarian kitchen over in the 15th District). You can still get delightful dishes like wild-rice risotto with mushrooms, Greek fried rice with vegetables, or the tofu, tomato, and basil-pesto tarts and now you can also be tempted by steak, fish, and fowl. The minimalist-style café offers inexpensive lunch specials, while the more elegant dining room adjacent is perfect for a relaxed lunch or dinner. Fortunately, Christian hasn't changed the no-smoking policy in his restaurant.
