Weingut Reinprecht Review

The grandest heurigein Grinzing (the town has more than 30 of them), Reinprecht is gemütlichkeit heaven: Tyrolean wood beams, 19th-century oil paintings, Austrian-eagle banners, portraits of army generals, globe lanterns, marble busts, trellis tables, and what is probably the greatest collection of corkscrews in Austria. The building—a former monastery—is impressive, as is the garden, which can hold up to 700 people (to give you an idea of how popular this place is). If you ignore the crowds, get a cozy corner table, and focus on the archetypal atmosphäre, you should have a great time.
