Theatercafe Wien Review

Since the rococco Theater an der Wien next door reopened as a repertory opera house 2006, celebrities and divas can be seen eating here after the show, and artsy shooting star chef Herbert Malek, dubbed a "food designer," has given the dishes here a particularly artistic look. In addition to the weekday business lunch (a two-course classic Viennese meal and a drink, all for €10.90), there's a great choice of Asian, Mediterranean, and, for good measure, Viennese delights served here in the evening. Saturday brings great eggspectations, from 10 am on. The latest addition to the location is a stylish cigar club lounge.
