Altes Rathaus (Old City Hall)

Altes Rathaus (Old City Hall) Review

Opposite the Bohemian Chancery stands the Altes Rathaus, dating from the 14th century but displaying 18th-century Baroque motifs on its facade. The interior passageways and courtyards, which are open during the day, house a Gothic chapel (open at odd hours); a much-loved Baroque wall fountain (Georg Raphael Donner's Andromeda Fountain from 1741); and display cases exhibiting maps and photos illustrating the city's history.
