Schloss Orth
Schloss Orth Review
Be sure to head out to the town's historic castles: the "lake" castle, Schloss Orth, on a peninsula known as Toskana, was originally built in the 15th century. It was once owned by Archduke Johann, who gave up his title after marrying an actress and thereafter called himself Orth. He disappeared with the casket supposedly holding the secret of the Mayerling tragedy after the death of Emperor Franz Josef's son Rudolf.
