Pension Wolf Review

The embodiment of Austrian Gemütlichkeit (cozy atmosphere), just off Mozartplatz, the small, family-owned, in-the-center-of-everything Wolf offers spotlessly clean and cozy rooms in a rustic 1429 building. Rooms are idiosyncratically arranged on several upper floors, connected by narrow, winding stairs, and are decorated with a pleasing Salzburg mix of rag rugs and rural furniture. This is popular, so be sure to book far in advance.

    Pension Wolf Review

Inflexible, rude, dismissive. Would not accomodate a cancellation 12 days in advance due to the Volcano eruption and closure of the countries airports. Only hotel on European itinerary to demonstrate such poor customer service. Avoid this hotel, so many better options in Salzburg!
