Run by a Spanish hotel chain, this pretty building has Art Nouveau awnings, Secession-style sash windows, and white stone trim. Inside all is sleek and comfy. The location is nice—you're around the corner from Linzergasse, the shopping street leading to the Salzach river or five minutes away from the beautiful Mirabell Gardens. There is a rich buffet-style breakfast and the restaurant has a garden terrace.

A very nice room, but not nice enough to justify the 300 Euro/night price tag. The rooms are very modern-looking, so if you want an Austrian feel, you may want to go elsewhere.
