Fodor's Review

Most of Bregenz's important sights can be seen in the course of a walk of about two hours. The town's neo-classical main post office was built in 1893 by Viennese architect Friedrich Setz. Because of the marshy conditions, the post office is built on wood pilings to prevent it from sinking.
