The guest rooms are spacious and luxuriously furnished, some contemporary, others more rustically Tirolean. They're very proud of their 'Bionic' sleeping system which means mattresses are probably designed by space scientists, and they are very comfortable; there's a pillow menu too. The three-story Water World
Venezia wellness area—it features a reproducton of St Mark's Square—has 10 saunas and steam rooms. The fitness studio has pilates and yoga programmes for those not exhausted by skiing or hiking. A five-course dinner is included in the half-board rate, but the kitchen, which has one of the highest Gault Millau awards, also serves à la carte meals.
