This solid red-shuttered house, a friendly family-run hotel, is within a five-minute walk of the city center, but is in a quiet area across the river. It offers great value and spacious rooms gleaming with natural woods and old-fashioned style. Some of the upper rooms on the west side have large bay windows with gorgeous views of the mountains. The delights of the Old Town, and a wide array of restaurants, are close by.
