Thomas Dreher, Austria's youngest top-rated chef, demonstrates his ingenuity in the Tennerhof kitchen. Freshly picked herbs from the garden accompany almost every dish from soup to sorbet. Dishes couldn't be more creative; for example, the roasted goose liver is served with mango ravioli and a reduction of cacao.
