Schwarzer Adler

Fodor's Review:

This intimate, romantic restaurant on the ground floor of the Schwarzer Adler Hotel has leaded-glass windows and rustic embellishments—and in summer, dining on the rooftop terrace—offering the perfect backdrop for a memorable meal. The innovative cooks present a new menu every couple of months based on regional seasonal specialties. The year-round classics, such as the garlic soup with croutons, or three kinds of local dumplings served with sauerkraut, are delicious.
