Goinger Handwerks-Kunstmarkt

Fodor's Review:

The Goinger Handwerks-Kunstmarkt, an arts-and-crafts fair, is held one Friday each month from June through September. You can sample local specialties such as Kässpätzle (a noodle skillet dish with cheese and onions) and Prügeltorte (chocolate layer cake), along with locally distilled schnapps. Farmers and their families demonstrate crafts and skills handed down through the centuries, and if you're there at 8 PM you can hear the Going Musikkapelle (brass band) perform.
