Nordpark Funicular

Fodor's Review:

The Nordpark Funicular brings you from the city center to the Hungerburg Plateau, then up the Nordkettenbahn Cableway to the top of the mountain for a commanding view of Innsbruck. The round-trip to Hungerburg costs EUR 5.60; the round-trip to Hafelekar is EUR 24.50, or is free with the all-inclusive Innsbruck Card. The futuristic base station can be reached in five minutes by foot from the Goldenes Dachl. The Sightseer bus also takes you to the base station.
