Fodor's Review:

The main attraction of the Baroque Domkirche zu St. Jakob is the high-altar painting of the Madonna by Lucas Cranach the Elder, dating from about 1530. The cathedral was built in 1722. In the ornate Baroque interior, look in the north aisle for a 1620 monument honoring Archduke Maximilian III.
