Igls

Igls

Perched on a sunny plateau ascending to the famed Brenner Pass to the south of Innsbruck, Igls (pronounced like "eagles") is one of the several lovely holiday villages minutes away from Innsbruck's city center. Here you'll find the charm and quiet of a small Austrian village with easy access to Innsbruck and its attractions. Igls is close to Schloss Ambras and is the best starting point for hiking or skiing the Patcherkofel mountain, whose conical shape towers volcanolike over the village.
