Hall in Tirol

Hall in Tirol is an old city founded by salt miners. Narrow lanes running east-west, interrupted by a few short cross alleys, make up the old part of the town. Stop and look around; from the main road you cannot get a proper perspective of the fine old buildings. Every Wednesday is market day in the town.
