With a tranquil park and a comfortable, meandering house seducing you into relaxation, the cure's the thing here. Rooms are elegantly appointed, with subtle tones, soft carpets, contemporary furnishings, and state-of-the-art baths. Most have nice-size terraces. Ask for one overlooking "Napoléon's Meadow," where the general's troops once encamped. The very fine Bürgerstube restaurant offers regional and national specialties, and the twice-weekly buffets are extravagant. Half-pension, with dinner in the Bürgerstube, is included in the room price. Das Kleine Restaurant, with windows looking out over the woods, changes its offerings with the seasons—in warm weather, sit on the terrace.
