Schloss Eggenberg

Schloss Eggenberg Review

This 17th-century palace is a UNESCO world heritage site on the very eastern edge of the city and is surrounded by a large park full of peacocks. Schloss Eggenberg is the largest baroque palace in Styria. Enjoy a guided tour of the Prunkräume (state rooms), one of which is shows one of the few dipictions in the world of Osaka before 1615. Next, visit the gallery of traditional art, the collection of coins, and the Archaeology Museum. There is a lot to see here so stop by the outdoor cafe to take a rest, or wander through the park before enjoying your next museum.
