Elaine Ione Sprauve Library Review
On the hill just above Cruz Bay is the Enighed Estate great house, built in 1757. Enighed is Danish for "concord" (unity or peace). The great house and its outbuildings (a sugar factory and horse-driven mill) were destroyed by fire and hurricanes, and the house sat in ruins until 1982. The library offers Internet access for $2 an hour.
