This popular dockside restaurant is always busy. Start with the Caesar salad or perhaps a duck-liver pâté with cherry compote and arugula. The chef's signature dish is a tender filet mignon topped with fresh local lobster. Fish lovers should try the pan-seared sea scallops with roasted tomatoes and a kalamata olive risotto. Take Route 82 out of Christiansted, and then turn left at the sign for Green Cay Marina.
