Savant Review

Savant is one of those small but special spots that locals love. The cuisine is a fusion of Mexican, Thai, and Caribbean—an unusual combination that works surprisingly well. You can find anything from fresh fish to Thai curry with chicken to stuffed filet with portobello mushrooms and goat cheese coming out of the kitchen. With 20 tables crammed into the indoor dining room and small courtyard, this little place can get crowded. Call early for reservations.

    Getting better

Second time there and a much better experience, though the food was great both times. We liked the outside patio for Cruzan atmosphere. Food was great for the whole group. I had a Thai dish which was superb

Equally awesome for a date as for a company dinner

Wonderful service and a tasteful and srtistic decor help the overall experience become something quite special. great people-watching and a sometimes overwhelmingly creative specials menu. go here when on st croix- you won't be disappointed.

    Make Sure to Make Reservations

A wonderful place that is also popular with the locals. So, get a reservation. The steak was great, and a good value. The bread pudding dessert was a bit of a disappointment.
