First called Coconut Park, this park was renamed in honor of Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1945. It's a great place to put your feet up and people-watch. A renovation completee in 2007 added five granite pedestals representing the five branches of the military, bronze urns that can be lighted to commemorate special events, and bronze plaques inscribed with the names of the territory's veterans who died defending the United States. There's also a new children's playground.
