There's a different chef—each with a unique style—every night, which makes for an eclectic menu. On Monday, schoolteacher Val serves up gyros and spanakopita from her native Greece. On other nights you might find Asian, West Indian, or down-home American cooking, depending on who's in the kitchen.

I read on a different forum that this restaurant tends to run out of food and it's suggested that in order be guaranteed food you get there early. Anyone have any advice on this?
