At the end of a long, partially paved road at Maho Bay Camps, this casual open-air restaurant is worth the drive. The menu changes daily, but there's always a handful of seafood, chicken, and vegetarian entrées. Give your order at the counter. While you wait for it to be cooked—the chef calls your name when it's done—help yourself to the salad bar, rolls, and iced tea included with your dinner. Arrive early to enjoy the spectacular sunset views.
