Fodor's Review:
With a cuisine that draws from all corners of the globe, Chloe & Bernard's is always delightful. The menu changes regularly, but you might start with a tasty bowl of mussels in a white wine and garlic sauce, or a salad of wild field greens with grapes and candied walnuts drizzled with a roasted apple vinaigrette. Dinner might be grilled tuna served with potatoes with andouille sausage and a green bean salad.

Good, but not Asian

The review for this restaurant cites it as Asian themed, but the menu is anything but. The food was excellent; wonderfully cooked and beautifully presented. However, the menu was mostly steaks with traditional sides or appetisers or fish. If you're looking for a high end, elegant meal, you'll enjoy Chloe & Bernard's. They're also well equipped for larger parties.RATING: 4.0

The food is good, the atmosphere a little odd (the dining room is set up strangely.) Worth it for a night if you're staying at the Westin...otherwise, probably not.RATING: 4.0

This restaurant located on the Westin Resorts' grounds is pretty. The service was good and the food better than expected although a bit pricey. I would visit again if on St. John for a special occassion.RATING: 3.6
