A favorite with the professionals who work in downtown Christiansted, Café Christine's presentation is as dazzling as the food. The small menu changes daily, but look for dishes like shrimp salad drizzled with a lovely vinaigrette or a vegetarian plate with quiche, salad, and lentils. Desserts are perfection. If the pear pie topped with chocolate is on the menu, don't hesitate. This tiny restaurant has both air-conditioned indoor tables and an outside porch that overlooks historic buildings.

Flavorful, made from the finest and freshest ingredients. Small ever changing chalk board menu. Authenic Home made French cooking at its best including desserts . Quaint courtyard balcony seating, with air conditioned inside seating as well. Christine comes out to speak to her guests when she has time, very friendly owner/Chef.RATING: 4.8
