There's an air of celebration on the tree-shaded terrace of this popular eatery. Choose from grilled seafood, steak, lamb, or chicken served hot off the outdoor barbecue. The sauces are French with a twist, often utilizing wine or cognac but with hot sauce added for Caribbean heat. Owner-chef Pierrik Marziou adds a French accent to his appetizers, salads, and homemade desserts, along with an outstanding collection of fine French wines. Wear bug spray at night.

An even better restaurant, but owned and operated by new chef & management. Fantastic dining under the palms. Fodors, you should update your info.
