On Whitby Beach, this horseshoe-shaped, two-story, solar-paneled resort offers ocean views, comfortable and neatly furnished apartments, and a freshwater pool at quite reasonable rates. The Silver Palm restaurant is a welcome addition to the on-site amenities, which also include a dive and water-sports operation called Beach Cruiser. Unit 5 has the best views over the beach, and honeymooners automatically receive a 10% discount. You pay extra for air-conditioning, however. Pros: on the best beach of North Caicos. Cons: you need a car to get anywhere on North Caicos.
