Fodor's Review:
An institution in Provo for many years, this brightly colored beach shack is justifiably famous for its conch and seafood. The legendary specialty, conch, is fished freshly out of the shallows and either cooked, spiced, cracked, or fried to absolute perfection. On Friday nights, you can dance in the sand after dinner. This is freshest conch anywhere on the island, as the staff dive for it only after you've placed your order, but if you don't like seafood, there are not many other choices.
