An institution in Provo for many years, this brightly colored beach shack is justifiably famous for its conch and seafood. The legendary specialty, conch, is fished fresh out of the shallows and either cooked, spiced, cracked, or fried to absolute perfection. On Friday nights, you can dance in the sand after dinner. This is freshest conch anywhere on the island, as the staff dive for it only after you've placed your order, but if you don't like seafood, there is chicken on the menu. Thursday nights, start rocking while you eat and mingle with the locals; live bands have just been added as headliners to sing songs that make everybody happy.
