Caicos Conch Farm

Fodor's Review:

On the northeast tip of Provo, this is a major mariculture operation, where mollusks are farmed commercially (more than 3 million conch are here). It's a popular tourist attraction too, offering guided tours and a small gift shop selling conch-related souvenirs, jewelry, and freshwater pearls. You can even meet Jerry and Sally, the residence conch that come out on demand. Check the Web site for the most up-to-date information.
