The international menu at this upscale dining room focuses on fish and seafood—highlights include a trio of foie gras, duck served three ways, and sashimi flounder with mustard jus. You sit outdoors on a covered porch looking into a courtyard, feels like you're dining on the porch of a majestic plantation. Two servers assigned to each table ensure good service, and the resident chef, Chef Lauren, is one of the best on the island. Food presentation is artful, using beautiful plates of different sizes. Although it's dimly lit, keep an eye out for celebrities.
