The only real restaurant on the island serves casual, crowd-pleasing food: you'll find burgers, chicken, and fish. There is some Asian influence in the sauces and rice, and there are certainly Caribbean influences in the jerk sauce on the fish. At night this turns into a gathering place for guests to tell their tales about the sea, the fish that they caught, or the sea eagle ray that they spotted while diving. If you are around for lunch (most visitors to South Caicos will be scuba diving), this is your only choice.
