You simply can't eat any closer to the beach than here, the only restaurant in all of Provo that is built directly on the sand. Although service can be slow, the food and setting are excellent. You dine on a covered porch surrounded by palm trees and the sound of lapping waves. The spring-roll appetizer is excellent, and the oven-roasted chicken is the best on the island. Junior, one of Provo's top bartenders, might bring your drink balanced on the top of his head. Brunch on weekends includes such favorites as eggs Benedict with mimosas (included) and is very popular; lines can be long if you don't have a reservation.
