Located at the Somerset, this is one of Provo's few indoor, air-conditioned restaurants, though you can also eat outside on the terrace. White-on-white decor under vaulted ceilings gives it a Miami-chic ambience. The executive chef mixes international styles, including influences from the Caribbean, Asia, and Europe. Some of the standouts include the best sea bass on the island served with balsamic cherry tomatoes; roasted Australian rack of lamb; and excellent risotto. You can also order from of the tapas menu—the presentations are as creative as the food. Check out the conch spring rolls and shrimp tempura, each with its own dipping sauce. Eat on a couch under the stars on Friday night happy hour while listening to live music from 7 until 10 PM. Ask for simpler off-the-menu options for the children.

We had a terrific meal at O'Soleil...all four of us throughly enjoyed our meals (the snapper was out of this world and the striploin was the best steak I have ever tasted). The ambience is lovely - tone on tone and very luxurious. Not to be missed!

We saved this highly talked about spot for our last night...and it was fantastic! First of all, the space is amazing and is very comfortable. Love the tone on tone white walls and the crystal chandeliers. Very classy.
Wonderful scallop starter followed by plentiful portion of grilled snapper accompanied by a generous portion of veggies. Enjoyed wine by the glass and the company. A great evening and finale of our week at The Somerset.
