Fodor's Expert Review The Orchid at the Alexandra Resort

A beautiful setting on a deck on the dunes offers endless views of Grace Bay. The restaurant is famous for its theme nights. Caribbean fare such as ribs with rice and peas is served up with karaoke on Monday; Mexican fare, including make-your-own tacos and burritos, is on the bill for Friday. This is one of the few restaurants in Provo that offers a buffet. On nontheme nights you can order casual food including conch fritters, grilled grouper, and jerk chicken pasta. Happy hour specials from 5:30 to 6:30 daily make this an excellent spot to watch the sunset.
