Fodor's Review

Smokey has been popular regardless of where he’s been on the island, and he's sure been all over–he is an island legend! People flock for fantastic ribs and authentic "peas n' rice". He makes an amazing fried pot snapper, and his cracked conch is the island’s best... making this one of the most popular local places to eat. The handy location is just above the Caicos Royale Casino, in Turtle Cove at the Queen Angel Resort. It's easy for tourists and locals to mingle—and perhaps play a game of slamming dominoes. Or try your hand in the nonsmoking casino downstairs. No need to look for a menu; just ask, “What's cooking?”
