The dramatic setting of this rooftop restaurant and lounge, the only one on the island, is hard to beat. With glass rails, lighted palm trees, and a view of the twinkling lights from all the resorts along the beach, you might not even notice that this place serves quite good modern Italian fare, including a terrific Caesar salad, tomato-conch chowder with red pepper crostini, and chardonnay-steamed mussels with roasted garlic, cherry tomatoes, and fennel. You'll also find a nice group of pasta options and simply prepared meat and seafood grills. Although the restaurant is part of an all-inclusive resort, nonguests can dine à la carte. Enjoy a signature Blue Marin cocktail before or after dinner as you relax under the stars.
