Home cooking doesn't get any closer to home than this. Try her conch fritters or chicken-and-chips for lunch or the steamed grouper or red snapper with peas and rice for dinner. Pat also has a small grocery shop selling staples. As with all places to dine in Salt Cay, you must put your food order in by 2 pm at the latest and tell them what time you want to eat for dinner. Pat cooks only when there's someone to cook for. Beer and wine are offered only with the evening meal, and it's cash only.
