Located at the Provo Golf and Country Club, Fairways is open seven days a week for breakfast and lunch, and on Friday night for dinner. Hot or cold breakfast is offered during the week, and the Sunday brunch features waffles and eggs Benedict. Lunches are snack-style bites along with an array of sandwiches and burgers. Currently, the talk is all about Asian Friday Night, when the Filipino chef creates a number of delicious dishes, including Thai red and green curries, as well as barbecue pork loin served on bamboo sticks. Golfers will enjoy the view down the fairways and over a green. On other nights there are rugby matches on the big screen.
