Chef Daniel and his son Devon opened this café to serve the island's 250 full-time residents, overnight visitors, and day-trippers from North Caicos and Provo. The outdoor deck has beautiful views of the ocean. Food is simple and fresh: conch, fish, peas and rice, and salads with homemade baked bread. The restaurant is also home to the nonprofit Middle Co-Op Shop, which promotes all things made locally. Reservations are required for the three-course dinners that are offered twice weekly; they fill up quickly and the cook needs to know how many to prepare for ahead of time.
