Fodor's Review

On their own secluded stretch of beach, these three apartments make a quiet getaway that is far enough from the cruise-ship port to give you some peace and quiet, but still within walking distance of Duke and Front streets. The apartments are decorated with wicker and colorful Haitian paintings; there are overstuffed chairs on the covered patio. The beach has its own secluded cove, so you'll definitely feel out of the fray. Grand Turk is quiet and laid-back, with plenty of Old Caribbean charm, just like this complex.

Crabtree Apartments Review

This place was beautiful!! The apartments are furnished with everything you could possibly need (cooking supplies, clean towels, fresh sheets, beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, bicycles, books, games etc.). The beach is quiet and absolutely breathtaking. You have to make your own fun, as the surrounding town is quaint and relaxed; which is nice change from your resort-like, tourist-filled vacations. Although, there are a bunch of things to do

on the island: we went snorkeling, diving, biking, climbing, listened to live music, dined at restaurants. Tips: feed the dogs that roam the island, they are extremely sweet and lovable. They are protected by the island's animal society and are cared for by the locals. Visit Governor's Beach, the water is crystal clear. Bike ride everywhere, there really is no need to rent a car. Visit the Cruise Center when the ships come in, there's shopping, swim-up bars and fun entertainment. Overall, this vacation was a 10! We had a blast and really got to rest our bones on a beautiful beach-front property.
