Fodor's Review:
Pier 1 is the place for lively late-night action. You can dance through the night on a large wooden deck jutting into the ocean with gentle sea breezes to cool you down. It's about 20 minutes west of Port of Spain, so get a party together from your hotel and hire a cab. It opens at 9 PM Wednesday through Sunday. For the serious partyers, Pier 1 offers a "party boat" that leaves on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night for a floating party ($10).
